The
HTC M7 is the next flagship model coming from the Taiwan based manufacturer and
just the other day we finally got to see what the fuss is all about. Thanks to
the FHD resolution on a somewhat smaller 4.7 inch display, the pixel density
hits an amazing 468ppi. To put that in perspective, the Retina display on the
Apple iPhone 5 weighs in at 326ppi. A quad-core processor will be under the
hood, 2GB of RAM is on board and the back and front cameras weigh in at 13MP
and 2MP respectively.
So
where will the HTC M7 end up in the U.S.? According to serial leakers evleaks,
this high-end flagship model will be available at Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.
A tweet sent from the source calls the nation's fourth largest carrier the only
one of the nation's four major wireless operators not to have concrete proof
that it will offer the unit. If this
holds out, T-Mobile customers will miss
out on be able to purchase the first handset to feature HTC Sense 5.0, which
offers an easier to use UI, a re-designed lock screen and HTC apps.
We
should see this beast make an appearance at MWC next month in Barcelona with a
launch not too much longer afterward.
